COLUMBUS, Ohio (ADAMS) – Ohio residents are slightly above average when it comes to giving to charity.
According to a recent survey, folks in the Buckeye State reportedly ponied up an average of $657 per person in 2020. In comparison, the average American donated $608 to charity during the same period.
Meanwhile, Utah residents reportedly topped the list with just over $2,800 in annual donations.
On the other end of the spectrum were folks in Rhode Island, each of whom, on average, ponied up just $195.
