Notre Dame to build solar farm

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (ADAMS) – The University of Notre Dame will build a 46,000-square-foot solar farm.

The St. Joseph County Council has given its approval for the plan. Notre Dame will start work this summer on the facility, with plans to have it finished in two years.

They have a goal of having the campus at net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
