Indiana early voting numbers top 1.8 million

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Add Indiana to the list of states with record-breaking early voting turnout.

The Secretary of State’s Office yesterday said 1.8 million people in the state voted before Election Day. That’s 40% of the 4.5 million registered voters in Indiana.

Today is Election Day, and the polls are open in the state from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m.
