A New Study Finds Light Drinking Is Good for You

Go ahead, have that whiskey you’ve been dreaming about.  I don’t care what time it is.

 

According to a new study out of the University of Georgia, doing a little bit of drinking every day is GOOD FOR YOU.

 

The researchers found that people who have one or two drinks a day were 29% less likely to show signs of mental decline as they got older than people who never drink.

 

So, if you have somewhere between eight and 15 drinks a week, according to the researchers . . . it might mean good things for your brain.
